Open & Free Registration for all 4 to 19 year old kids with special needs

TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is program for children and young adults who have physical and/or intellectual disabilities. It provides them the opportunity to develop soccer skills and build self-esteem while having fun in a safe and supportive environment.  Through a one-on-one assistance, it allows full participation and enjoyment to each special needs child.

TOPSoccer is open to players age 4 to 19 with disabilities.  It is free and new registrants get a soccer ball, and a T-Shirt.  The program is held on Saturdays from 3 pm to 4:30 in the fall and 4:00 to 5: 30 in the spring. This may change.

Volunteer “buddies” are needed to help out.  We are looking for young volunteers, ages 11 and up, who are willing to team up with TOPS players and help them learn basic soccer skills and have some fun.  High school students may get service credit.  Also, a college scholarship is available for graduating seniors and college or trade school students who participate as volunteers regularly for at least two seasons. The applicants must meet other established criteria.

To register as a player or as a volunteer, go to and click on the registration tab. If you do not have a free account on our SI Play website, create one first.
